About Lee

Now entering my sixteenth year of trading in real estate in Waterloo Region,  I have been personally involved with investing in our local market for over 20 years. This experience has led to a strong track record of success in specializing in investment properties and the local student housing market, in addition to the diverse range of residential options that our region has to offer. 

I take great pride in my extensive knowledge of Southwestern Ontario real estate. Whether buying or selling, for your own family or as an investment, I have you covered with sound advice and friendly, prompt service.  I am also fully licensed to trade in real estate Canada-wide, and have extensive industry connections in the United States. 

Over the course of fifteen full years as a licensed real estate professional, I have been quick to achieve a number of the most widely-respected designations.

In 2014, I launched Distinct Homes – a locally based custom building company which specializes in unique residential new-builds and renovations alike.

Beyond the scope of my professional involvement in the community, I also take pleasure from volunteer work; namely, as a member of the Lakeshore North Optimist Club, and also as Head Coach of the Waterloo Bantam AA hockey team, in association with Waterloo Minor Hockey.
